S/MUX Multiplexer
 Connect up to 3 RS-232 devices

The S/MUX multiplexer is designed to connect up to 3 serial devices that are operating at the same baud/communication parameters into a single serial port, and is intended for use with serial devices in which only one is transmitting at any one time.

  • The 3 9-pin connectors are configured like a standard 9-pin PC serial port connector.

  • Configured to allow only a single port to pass data to the host computer (other ports are automatically disabled until the active port is done transmitting).

  • Shipped with 9-pin serial cable and AC adapter for 110 VAC.

  • Includes ComTestSerial communications test program.
