  2. Please watch for a Sales Order Confirmation email, which is sent once we’ve assigned an expected ship date to your order.
    • Most orders ship within one business day, unless an item needs to be built by our production team.
    • If you haven’t received an update within five business days, email orders@microridge.com for a status check.
  3. As your order ships, you’ll also receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information, followed by a copy of your paid invoice.
