Shipping Policy

MicroRidge Systems’ products are proudly designed and manufactured in Sunriver, OR U.S.A.. We ship our products using new, clean packaging materials, comprised of recyclable paper wrap, corrugated boxes, biodegradable peanuts & plastic bags.

Shipping Costs

Shipping & Handling charges are not included. We ship Prepay & Add (PPA) or collect. Shipments to a PO Box are available with USPS service only.

We use dependable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx & USPS

  • UPS Worldwide Services – Expedite, Express, Saver Express
    • UPS Standard Ground service is available to Canada & Mexico only
    • PPA or Collect
      • PPA shipping & handling costs calculated based on the shipping method and destination.
      • Collect – Account number provided at the time order placed
    • FedEx International – Priority or Economy
      • FedEx Standard Ground service is available to Canada & Mexico only
      • Collect – Account number provided at the time order placed
      • We do not offer PPA shipping & handling with FedEx.
    • USPS – First Class International or Priority Mail International
      • PPA
        • PPA shipping & handling costs calculated based on the shipping method and destination
    • DHL
      • DHL does not service our facility address; therefore we are unable to ship via DHL

International Shipping Disclaimer – Import Fees

  • Recipient (Importer of record) is responsible for all potential fees incurred during shipping including import duties & VAT fees imposed by the destination country
    • All fees are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs)
  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control

Additional fees for international shipments

  • International Handling Fee for filing EEI form (Electronic Export Information): $15.00
    • EEI required when Schedule B classification(s) are over $2,500 for a shipment
  • International Drop Ship Fee
    • MicroRidge ships to a Reseller’s International customer: $100 – $115
    • Customs forms completed for Freight Forwarder or Broker: $100
      • Commercial Invoice required for export
      • USMCA or Certificate of Origin provided upon request
    • Rush Fees
      • Rush Labor Fee: $35
        • Rush Labor Fee moves order to the front of production queue
      • Rush Handling Fee: $10
        • Same day rush shipping request received after 10:00 am PST

Package rejected

  • If a package ships correctly as ordered and is rejected at time of delivery, or abandoned (undelivered), the customer may be responsible for all package return costs

Order Tracking

  • All orders come with a tracking number
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website

Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Once the carrier scans the package, we cannot change the shipping address
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to have it corrected before your order ships

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time, there may be instances of delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing for international orders)
  • If your order is delayed, or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
