The M3 Wireless Connector for Mitutoyo 04AZB512 gages is the link between your Mitutoyo Digimatic caliper or indicator and the MobileCollect Wireless measurement collection system. Once connected, measurement data transmits wirelessly from the gage to your SPC software — no manual data entry, no transcription errors, no clipboard in between.
This connector attaches directly to your gage’s Digimatic output port at a right angle and plugs into a Mini Mobile Module (M3) transmitter — together, they replace the standard Mitutoyo 04AZB512 SPC cable with a compact wireless setup. A built-in data send button lets operators trigger readings at the point of measurement, and each reading transmits wirelessly from the Mini Mobile Module to a MobileCollect Base receiver connected to your PC or data collection workstation.
The 04AZB512 is the right angle version of the 959149 straight connector. Both cables connect to the same Mitutoyo Digimatic output — the difference is the physical orientation. Choose the right angle version (04AZB512) when a straight cable would interfere with fixturing, workholding, or operator access — particularly common with micrometer heads mounted in fixtures or calipers used in tight spaces.
This connector can also be used on Mitutoyo indicators that would normally use the 905338 cable. The 905338 does not include a data send button — so if your workflow requires a button on the cable to trigger readings at the gage, the 04AZB512 connector gives you that capability while still fitting the same Digimatic output port.
