The M3 Wireless Connector for Mitutoyo 05CZA624 gages is the link between your Mitutoyo coolant proof Digimatic caliper and the MobileCollect Wireless measurement collection system. Once connected, measurement data transmits wirelessly from the gage to your SPC software — no manual data entry, no transcription errors, no clipboard in between.
This connector attaches directly to your caliper’s Digimatic output port and plugs into a Mini Mobile Module (M3) transmitter — together, they replace the standard Mitutoyo 05CZA624 SPC cable with a compact wireless setup. A built-in data send button lets operators trigger readings at the point of measurement, and each reading transmits wirelessly from the Mini Mobile Module to a MobileCollect Base receiver connected to your PC or data collection workstation.
The 05CZA624 cable is purpose-built for Mitutoyo’s coolant proof caliper line — distinct from the standard 959149 cable used on non-coolant-proof calipers. If your measurement workflow involves calipers exposed to coolant, oil, or cutting fluids, this connector maintains the IP67-level protection your caliper was designed for while adding wireless data transmission capability. The Mini Mobile Module transmitter itself is not IP rated, but we see very few failures in the field in wet environments. The most common issue over time is that certain cutting fluids and industrial chemicals can cause the connector cable to become brittle with prolonged exposure. DC Connector — Mitutoyo 05CZA624 — For the Command Mobile Module wireless transmitter. Use the Command Mobile Module when you need two-way wireless communication — for example, triggering gage readings across multiple transmitters simultaneously from the MobileCollect Base or your SPC software. This is common on large fixtures or multi-point measurement setups where operators can’t physically press each gage’s data send button.
