The M3 Wireless Connector for Simplex Opto gages is the link between your Fowler, Sylvac, or other Simplex Opto-equipped instrument and the MobileCollect Wireless measurement collection system. Once connected, measurement data transmits wirelessly from the gage to your SPC software — no manual data entry, no transcription errors, no clipboard in between.
This connector attaches directly to your gage’s Simplex Opto data output port and plugs into a Mini Mobile Module (M3) transmitter — together, they replace a standard wired Simplex Opto SPC cable with a compact wireless setup. Each reading transmits wirelessly from the Mini Mobile Module to a MobileCollect Base receiver connected to your PC or data collection workstation.
The Simplex Opto cable interface is used across several gage manufacturers, not just Fowler and Sylvac. If your gage uses the Simplex Opto connection — regardless of the brand — this connector will work. Available in two lengths: 3.5″ (recommended for calipers) and 6.5″ (recommended for all other gage types).

DC Connector — Fowler Sylvac Simplex 54-115-33 — For the Command Mobile Module wireless transmitter. Use the Command Mobile Module when you need two-way wireless communication — for example, triggering gage readings across multiple transmitters simultaneously from the MobileCollect Base or your SPC software. This is common on large fixtures or multi-point measurement setups where operators can’t physically press each gage’s data send button.
OEM SPC RS-232 Cable — Fowler Sylvac Simplex 54-115-33  — For wired connections to the Digital Remote or GageWay interfaces. The Digital Remote provides two-way communication similar to the Command Mobile Module but over a wired connection — ideal for stationary measurement stations. Also compatible with all GageWay wired gage interfaces.
MobileCollect is a brand-agnostic measurement collection platform — it doesn’t lock you into a single gage manufacturer. Whether your shop floor runs Mitutoyo calipers alongside Mahr micrometers, Starrett indicators, or Fowler height gages, MobileCollect connects them all into a single wireless SPC data network. This connector is one component in that system. To complete the wireless link, pair it with a Mini Mobile Module transmitter (MC-MM-M3) and a MobileCollect Base Receiver.
