Once you have configured the parameters to your needs in WedgeLink AT Setup, you’ll need to click “Send Setup to WedgeLink” to send your custom setup to the WedgeLink AT.
Move the USB cable on the WedgeLink AT from the “RS-232 & Prog” USB port to the “Wedge” USB port.
Open Excel, Word, Notepad or your target application to verify you can get a reading from the connected RS-232 device.
Take a reading with the connected RS-232 device.
Press the “send data” button on your RS-232 device.
If configured, press the foot switch or hand switch to take a reading.
If configured, press the read button on the front of the WedgeLink AT that is located directly below the LED.
You should see the reading come into the application you’re using for testing. Be sure to give the test application focus by clicking on it.
