Sunriver, OR – MicroRidge Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of measurement collection solutions for manufacturing companies, has been acquired by Riley Tronson and Andrew (Andy) Duvall. The founders, John Schuldt and Mary Chisholm are retiring after 40 years at the helm and are proud to entrust the company to the capable hands of these two experienced engineers!

Andy Duvall is a product design engineer with over ten years of experience developing electro‐mechanical systems at Daimler Truck North America and Lam Research. He will take on the role of Sales Director, using his expertise to lead MicroRidge sales and drive revenue growth.

Riley Tronson has used his mechanical engineering degree for more entrepreneurial endeavors, contributing his skills to start‐up operations specializing in technology, manufacturing, and sales. He will assume the role of President, working alongside Andy and the rest of the MicroRidge team to continue developing the company’s innovative solutions.

Under the new ownership, MicroRidge’s dedicated staff, Mike, with 23 years, and Dani with 9 years, will remain the same along with our skilled production team. Mary and John will be onsite during the transition period to ensure a seamless transfer of ownership. The new owners are excited to continue serving MicroRidge’s valued customers and providing the same exceptional quality, innovation, support, and customer service the company is known for.
